Nighthawk Energy plc04 April 2008 NIGHTHAWK ENERGY PLC ISSUE OF EQUITY The Directors of Nighthawk Energy plc ("Nighthawk" or the "Company") (AIM: HAWK)announce that, following the receipt of a notice of conversion of warrants inthe Company at 9p per share, they have today allotted 714,286 new ordinaryshares of 0.25p each in the Company. Application has been made for the 714,286 new shares to be admitted to AIM,which is expected to take place on 10 April 2008. Following the conversion of the warrants, there are 203,793,623 ordinary sharesof 0.25p in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote.
