Quadnetics Group PLC03 January 2006 Quadnetics Group PLC (the "Company")3 January 2006 Share Allotment At a Board meeting held on 23 December 2005 a further 35,982 New QuadneticsShares were allotted to holders of Protec Shares who had validly accepted theoffer for Protec, in respect of valid acceptances received up to and including21 December 2005. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for these New QuadneticsShares to be admitted to trading as soon as practicable.
