Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 316,509 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.
These shares are being issued to satisfy option exercises under the Avast plc Existing Employee Share Plan.
Admission of the shares is expected on 10 September 2018.
These shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
