Garner plc (the "Company") Issue of Equity

The Company announces that further to the debt consolidation issues as described in the EGM circular sent to shareholders in June 2006, 500,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 3.5p in the share capital of the Company have been allotted and credit as fully paid, representing 1.32 per cent of the further enlarged share capital of the Company.

Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on or around 4 April 2007.
