Hightex Group PLC04 October 2006 Hightex Group plc (the "Company") Issue of Equity The Company today has issued and allotted, 54,013 new Ordinary Shares of 1 pennyeach in the Company. These shares were issued and allotted in exchange for540,201 shares in West 175 Media Group Inc, following the receipt of receivedvalid Letters of Transmittal. Following the allotment of the new Ordinary Shares the issued share capital ofthe Company has been increased to 116,899,538 Ordinary Shares. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Sharesof the Company. Trading is expected to commence on AIM on 10 October 2006.
