Share issue; change of registered office

TPJ announces that it has made application for the admission to trading on AIM of 2,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p. Admission is expected to occur on 19 December 2011. The shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of a warrant at an exercise price of 2.5p per share.

TPJ further announces that its registered office has moved to Bloxham Mill Business Centre, Barford Road, Bloxham, Banbury, OX15 4FF.
