Hightex Group PLC20 February 2007 Hightex Group plc (the "Company") Issue of Equity The Company today has issued and allotted 111,365 new Ordinary Shares of 1 pennyeach in the Company. These shares were issued and allotted in exchange for1,113,666 shares in West 175 Media Group Inc, following the receipt of receivedvalid Letters of Transmittal. Following the allotment of the new Ordinary Shares the issued share capital ofthe Company has been increased to 119,652, 582 Ordinary Shares. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Sharesof the Company. Trading is expected to commence on AIM on 23 February 2007.
