Joint Top-up Offer for Subscription of Ordinary shares of 25 pence each at a Price of 89 pence per Share (the "Offer") in each VCT to raise up to £1m in each VCT
Allotment of Ordinary shares in Ventus 2 VCT plc for 2009-10 Tax Year
The Board of Directors of Ventus 2 VCT plc is pleased to announce that, in accordance with the terms of the Offer dated 17 November 2009, 1,113,912 Ordinary shares of 25 pence in Ventus 2 VCT plc were allotted on 25 January 2010. The Offer closed on 18 January 2010 and was oversubscribed.
Application has been made for the admission of the 1,113,912 Ordinary shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities. Dealing in the allotted Ordinary shares is expected to commence on or before 2 February 2010.
Following this allotment there are now 12,287,249 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each and 6,924,686 "C" shares of 25 pence each in issue.
