Issue of Equity

Dublin, London, 2 October 2017 | Green REIT Plc, ("Green REIT" or "the Company") confirms that, further to the publication by the Company of its preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2017, application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing Authority for 4,007,197 ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange.

Application has also been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange for admission of such ordinary shares to trading on their respective main markets for listed securities. Such admission is expected to become effective and dealings to commence in these shares on 5 October 2017. Thereafter Green REIT will have a total of 694,354,902 ordinary shares in issue.

These shares are being issued to the Investment Manager pursuant to the terms of the Investment Manager Agreement entered into in July 2013, in full settlement of the performance fee payable to the Investment Manager in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2017.
