Share Allotment

On 18 March 2011 the Company allotted 65,462 new ordinary shares of 20p each ('New Ordinary Shares') to various employees under the Animalcare Group Savings Related Share Option (SAYE) scheme. The options were exercised at a price of 44 pence per share.

Following this allotment the Company has 20,361,786 shares in issue.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM as soon as is practicable.
