Coal of Africa Limited19 December 2007 Coal of Africa Limited Exercise of options Coal of Africa Limited ('CoAL' or 'the Company') announces that Mirabaud Limitedhave exercised 590,063 options into new ordinary shares of 1p each ('OrdinaryShares') in CoAL at a subscription price of 34p per share in accordance with theterms of the option agreement dated 28 May 2007.
