Printing.com plc20 July 2005 PRINTING.COM PLC (the "Company") Issue of Equity Printing.com plc announces that at a board meeting held on 19 July 2005 itallotted 44,112 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to certain employeesfollowing the exercise of options under the Company's Unapproved Share OptionScheme. Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity foradmission of the new ordinary shares to trading on the Alternative InvestmentMarket of the London Stock Exchange.
