Centamin Egypt Limited19 May 2006 Centamin Egypt Limited ("Centamin Egypt" or "the Company") Issue of Equity Centamin Egypt announces that, following the exercise of options issued underthe Employee Share Option Plan 2002, 15,000 ordinary shares have been issued andallotted at an exercise price of A$0.2804 per share. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinaryshares in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commenceon 24 May 2006.
