Northern 3 VCT PLC20 July 2007 Northern 3 VCT PLC ("The Company") Issue of Shares The Company announces that on 20 July 2007 the Company allotted 78,018ordinary shares of 5p each to shareholders who agreed to subscribe for sharesunder the terms of the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme. The subscriptionprice was 95.0p per share. Following the above allotment, there are 30,210,179ordinary shares in issue.
