Amphion Innovations plc (LSE: AMP), the developer of medical and technology businesses, today announces that the Company has issued 500,000 ordinary shares at a price of 11.625 pence per ordinary share, representing 0.38% of the enlarged issued share capital, to MC Services AG, its German Public Relations firm.

Admission of the 500,000 new ordinary shares, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, is expected on 13 September 2010. Following this allotment the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 133,248,923 ordinary shares with each share holding one voting right.
