Access Intelligence PLC11 May 2006 Access Intelligence plc (the "Company") The Company has today made application for 4,686,025 ordinary shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM. The ordinary shares were issued as a result of vendor consideration in 2005 butdue to an administrative error have not yet been admitted to trading. Admission is expected to occur on 18 May 2006. As a result of this admission the issued share capital of the Company has notchanged and remains at 63,673,712 ordinary shares 0.5 pence each.
