Exercise of Options
Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that, following the exercise of options by an employee, 46,296 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted.
Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 10 September 2009. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue and will increase the number of Ordinary Shares in issue to 54,829,243.
