Exercise of Options

The Company announces that a total of 199,999 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were exercised at a price of 4.60p per Ordinary Share. Admission of and dealings in these 199,999 Ordinary Shares is expected to take place on 11 May 2011.

Following the issue of these Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 624,914,504 Ordinary Shares in issue, each carrying one voting right. The Company holds no shares in treasury.
