Issue of Equity
Utilitywise, a leading independent utility cost management consultancy, announces that application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of 529,001 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares" and "New Ordinary Shares") in the Company following the exercise of share options by employees and one former employee.
The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. Admission is expected to be effective from 7 December 2015.
Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 77,224,521. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury. Accordingly, the figure of 77,224,521 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
