The Company announces that on 22 February 2011 it allotted and issued 39,332 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme at a price of 86.7 pence per share (being equivalent to the average of the middle market price for the Company's shares taken from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days immediately preceding the payment date for the dividend less the dividend of 2 pence per Ordinary Share paid on 22 February 2011).
Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 38,065,719 Ordinary Shares.
