Centamin Egypt Limited30 May 2007 Centamin Egypt Limited Issue of Equity Centamin Egypt Limited ("the Company") announces that 200,000 ordinary shareshave been issued and allotted at an exercise price of A$0.2804 per sharefollowing the exercise of options issued under the Employee Share Option Plan2002. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinaryshares in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commenceon 06 June 2007.
