PLUS Markets Group plc ("the Company") ISSUE OF EQUITYThe Company has applied for 45,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each in theCompany to be admitted to AIM. The shares have been issued pursuant to theexercise of options by an employee of the Company under the first grant ofcompany share option schemes. Admission of the shares to AIM is expected totake place on 17 May 2006.Following the above issue of equity the Company's newly enlarged issued sharecapital is 134,577,701 ordinary shares of 5p.ENDPLUS Markets Group plc
