In Connection with a top up offer for subscription of 130,000, the company issued on the 30th March, 2016, 100,000 new ordinary 10p shares at a price of 80p, being 1% above the net asset value per share, based on closing mid prices on the 29th March 2016. Dealings are expected to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on the 4th April 2016.
