The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC are pleased to announce that, pursuant to the Maven Income and Growth VCT Linked Offer which opened on 26 January 2010, the Company issued and allotted 242,183 Ordinary shares of 10 pence on 30 April 2010, and that the number of Ordinary shares in issue is now 29,829,272. The Offer Price at which the shares were issued and allotted was 75.3p per Ordinary share. The Offer is now closed.
