Issue of Equity
The Company announces that at a board meeting held on 19 November 2009 it allotted 67,049 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to employees of the Company in respect of awards made in 2006 under the 'Hargreaves Services plc Performance Share Plan' ('the Plan'). The following Directors were allotted shares under the Plan:
