Issue of Equity

The Board of Nature Group, the AIM quoted provider of port reception facilities and waste treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, announces that, pursuant to the exercise of options by certain employees of the Company, 245,500 new Ordinary Shares ("New Ordinary Shares") have been issued.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will be effective and that dealings in the new Ordinary Shares will take place on 23 February 2011.

Following the issue of these new Ordinary Shares there will be 77,805,655 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The New Ordinary Shares will rank in full for all dividends and otherwise pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares from the date of Admission.
