Centamin Egypt Limited03 March 2005 Centamin Egypt Limited Issue of Equity Centamin Egypt Limited ("the Company") announces that it has today issued andallotted 80,000 Ordinary Shares following an exercise of options issued underthe Employee Share Option Plan 2002. The exercise price for these options wasA$0.2310 per share. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing OrdinaryShares in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commenceon 8 March 2005.
