Earthport PLC24 October 2005 For Immediate Release Stock Exchange Announcement 24th October 2005 earthport plc ("earthport" or the "Company") Notification of Increase in Issued Share Capital As a result of the issue of 759,996 new Ordinary Shares at 35p each for cash,2,698,413 new Ordinary Shares at 31.5p each for cash and in satisfaction of£92,688 of debt, an additional 1,204,820 new Ordinary Shares at 35p each in theCompany's Equity Capital have been issued and allotted and application will bemade for them to be admitted to trading on AIM on Friday 28th October 2005. The 3,458,409 shares issued for cash in addition to the 999,999 shares mentioned in the RNS of 8th September, which are already listed, form £1.466 million of the Funding of £3.2 million mentioned in the RNS of 21st October 2005. Thus there remains a further £1.734 million to be drawn down.
