Artilium PLC20 November 2007 20 November 2007 Artilium plc (the "Company") Issue of Equity The Company announces that it has today issued 700,000 new Ordinary Shares of 5peach ("Ordinary Shares") in connection with the exercise of Series 2 Warrants. Application has been made today for the 700,000 new Ordinary Shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 26 November2007. As a result of the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, the issued share capitalnow comprises 57,649,800 Ordinary Shares. The total number of voting rights as at 20 November 2007 is 57,649,800. Thereare no shares in treasury and there is no other class of share in issue whichhas voting rights.
