The Income & Growth VCT plc16 February 2009Issue of Equity
The Company announces that on 16 February 2009 it allotted and issued 127,403 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme at a price of 76 pence (being equivalent to the published net asset value per share as at 31 December 2007 less the dividend of 4 pence per Ordinary Share payable on 16 February 2009).
Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 35,178,593
Ordinary Shares and 11,806,467 S Ordinary Shares.
