JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc (the 'Company') announces that today it has issued 75,000 Ordinary Shares for cash at 562 pence per share under its Ordinary Share block listing facility dated 15 April 2024.

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 479,197,308 Ordinary Shares and 9,819,140 Ordinary Shares remain within its block listing facility dated 15 April 2024. Furthermore, the Company has a blocklisting for 27,000,000 Ordinary Shares dated 24 May 2024.

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
