Centamin Egypt Limited16 November 2006 Centamin Egypt Limited Issue of Equity Centamin Egypt Limited ("the Company") announces that, following the exercise ofoptions issued under the Employee Share Option Plan 2002, 10,000 ordinary shareshave been issued and allotted at an exercise price of A$0.2804 per share. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinaryshares in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commenceon 22 November 2006.
