Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it has issued a total of 2,140,604 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") including 1,946,487 Ordinary Shares issued in payment to Directors (as detailed below), key employees and consultants of the Company and 194,117 Ordinary Shares issued as completion of conversion of certain Loan Notes. The Ordinary Shares have been issued at a price of 8.12 pence per share.

317,733 Ordinary Shares have been issued to Widem BVBA, a company owned and controlled by Willem van den Brink, CEO of Artilium, as part of his remuneration package. Mr. van den Brink is now beneficially interested in 3,118,328 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.4 % of the enlarged total voting rights in the Company.

794,334 Ordinary Shares have been issued to Jan Paul Menke, a non-executive director of the Company, for remuneration as Member of the Board of Artilium PLC. Mr. Menke is now beneficially interested in 2,191,177 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.7 % of the enlarged total voting rights in the Company.

Application has been made for the 2,140,604 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to take place on 30 July 2013. The Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

The number of ordinary shares in the Company in issue following Admission will be 217,416,071. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
