RWS Holdings PLC24 January 2007 RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Company") Exercise of Options RWS announces that it has issued and allotted a total of 384,553 new ordinaryshares of 5p each ("New Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options at anexercise price of 112.54p per share by Peter Mountford who is a Non- ExecutiveDirector of RWS Holdings Plc. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Shares to beadmitted to AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur on 30January, 2007. The Company was informed by Mr Mountford on 23 January, 2007 that he has sold384,553 ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of 305 pence per share conditionalonly on their Admission.
