Issue of Equity

ALLOTMENT OF EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP - AXIS BANK

We are pleased to inform that the Committee of Whole-Time Directors of the Bank has allotted 1,81,087 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on 22nd June, 2011 to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 41,18,80,820 equity shares from 41,05,45,843 equity shares as on 31st March, 2011.

Further, please note that the Bank had allotted total 3,63,689 equity shares during the month of April, 2011 and 7,90,201 equity shares during the month of May, 2011.
