Issue of Equity

Red Rock Resources plc ("Red Rock" or the "Company") the mining exploration and development company focussed on advancing iron ore, manganese and uranium projects in Australia and East Africa, has issued 30,592,592 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") to £413,000 before expenses, conditional on the Shares being admitted to trading on AIM. Following the subscription, City Equities Limited will be interested in 30,000,000 Shares, which is approximately 5.91% of the issued share capital of the Company as enlarged by the placing.
Following the issue of the Shares the Company's total issued ordinary share capital will be 507,974,294 ordinary shares of 0.1p. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 20 November 2009.
