Prudential plc - issuance of Equity Securities

Prudential announces that 1,357 ordinary shares of 5p each (ISIN: GB0007099541) have been allotted and issued today in connection with the Prudential Sharesave Plan 2023.

These shares have been previously admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange under an existing block admission to trading in November 2019.

The shares are fully fungible with existing ordinary shares.
