Issue of Equity
Further to the Company's announcement of 13 May 2008, the Company announces that 26,003,146 Ordinary Shares have been issued following exercise of the Founding Shareholder Warrants.
An application has been made for the Admission of the Ordinary Share to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on or around 8 July. Following this announcement there are 192,194,975 Ordinary Shares in issue.
