An option over 100,000 Ordinary Shares has been granted to Colin White, FinanceDirector of the Company. As a result, Colin White is now interested in 100,000Ordinary Shares under option, representing 3.6 per cent. of the total number ofOrdinary Shares which are subject to options granted by the Company.
