First Artist Corporation PLC26 April 2007 First Artist Corporation plc Issue of Equity First Artist Corporation plc (the "Company"), the integrated marketing, sportand entertainment management group, today announces that it has received aNotice of Exercise of Subscription Rights over 40,000 new ordinary shares of2.5p each ("Shares") in the capital of the Company from Cornell Capital PartnersLP (formerly Montgomery Partners LP) at an exercise price of 48.375p per share,pursuant to an agreement dated 13 September 2005. Following the allotment of the above Shares, the Company now has 13,065,799ordinary shares of 2.5p each in issue.
