Churchill Mining plc09 November 2007 CHURCHILL MINING PLC ("Churchill" or "the Company") Exercise of options Churchill Mining Plc ('Company') announces that application has today been madefor 200,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each to be admitted to trading on AIMpursuant to the exercise of options at an exercise price of 12 pence per share.
