Northern 3 VCT PLC29 April 2005 Northern 3 VCT PLC ("The Company") Issue of Shares The Company announces that on 29 April 2005 it issued and allotted to 40subscribers an additional 448,937 ordinary shares of 5p each representingapproximately 1.42 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of the Companywhich now consists of 31,646,618 ordinary shares. The new shares were issued ata price of 99p per share. Application will be made at the earliest practicableopportunity for these shares, which will rank pari passu with existing ordinaryshares, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing uthority and totrading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.
