F&C UK Real Estate Investments Limited ("the Company") 23 January 2015 The Board announces that F&C UK Real Estate Investments Limited ("the Company")has made an application to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange ('LSE') for the listing of a further 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 1peach ("Ordinary Shares") in order to satisfy continued market demand. Theseshares rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue. The Ordinary Shareshave been allotted and issued at a price of 94.5p per share, being just over a4 per cent. premium to the net asset value announced by the Company on 21January 2015. It is expected that the new shares will be admitted to listingand to trading on the LSE at 8.00 a.m. on Wednesday 28 January 2015. Following this issue, the total number of ordinary shares will be 232,355,539and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 232,355,539. The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
