Issue of Equity

Further to the announcement on 4 February 2013 which contained information regarding the proposed capital reorganisation of the Company's issued share capital, the Company announces that it has today issued, conditional on admission, 106 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Application will be made for the 106 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to become effective and dealings are expected to commence on AIM on 21 February 2013. Following the issue of the Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 618,003,000 ordinary shares in issue.
