The Directors of TP10 VCT plc are pleased to announce that the Company has applied for the second allotment of 548,750 Ordinary Shares allotted on 12 February 2010 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 16 September 2009 at a price of £1 per share to be admitted to the Official List Shares of 1p each at a price of £1 per share to be admitted to the Official List. 

Dealing of the shares is expected to commence on or around 19 February 2010.

As a consequence of this allotment, a total of 3,725,327 Ordinary Shares have now been allotted under the Offer.
