Issue of Shares
Kryso Resources plc (AIM: KYS) announces that 5,600,000 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued pursuant to the exercise of 600,000 options at a price of £0.10 per share and 5,000,000 warrants at £0.15 per share. Aggregate funds of £810,000 have been received by the Company.
Application has been made for the shares issued to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 16 November 2011. Following admission there will be 272,810,917 ordinary shares in issue.
