Jelf Group plc 

('Jelf' or 'Jelf Group' or 'The Group') 

 

The Company announces that options have been exercised over 9,781 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 27 June 2008. 

 

 

 

Following admission, the Company will have 49,802,687 voting Ordinary Shares in issue.
