Issue of equity
appScatter Group plc (AIM: APPS), the intelligent app management platform, is pleased to announce that the Company has raised £968,445 before costs via the placing of 1,383,493 new ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an issue price of 70 pence per share.
Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 22 October 2018.
Total Voting Rights
On Admission, the Company will have 89,349,491 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in issue. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. The figure of 89,349,491 may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator in the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
