Centamin Egypt Limited31 December 2007 31 December 2007 Centamin Egypt Limited ("Centamin" or "the Company") Issue of Equity Centamin Egypt Limited (TSX:CEE, ASX:CNT, AIM:CEY) announces that, following theautomatic exercise of unquoted special warrants issued on 23 November 2007 forC$1.20 each, 112,000,000 ordinary shares were issued and allotted on 28 December2007. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinaryshares in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commenceon 04 January 2008.
