Northern Venture Trust PLC15 June 2007 Northern Venture Trust VCT PLC ("The Company") Issue of Shares The Company announces that on 15 June 2007 the Company allotted 189,740ordinary shares of 25p each to shareholders who agreed to subscribe for sharesunder the terms of the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme. The subscriptionprice was 82.9p per share. Following the above allotment, there are 38,592,622ordinary shares in issue.
